Great Place To Work has done a thorough evaluation of Nevion’s culture and leadership in Norway, Poland and the UK.
Since 1998, Great Place to Work® has been behind the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for® list. Using a unique methodology to collect and evaluate employee feedback and recognize the companies that have a trusting and high-performing workplace culture.
To be awarded of this prestigious certificate, Nevion has undergone a company’s survey consisting of 60 statements divided into the five areas; Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.
The survey measured the degree in which the employees trust management, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.
Nevion’s has been certified in the three countries, Norway, Poland and the UK, where it has the largest number of employees – though Nevion’s employees worldwide completed the survey that led to certification.
Findings of Nevion’s survey:
