Geir Bryn-Jensen brings over 20 years’ experience in international business development and sales within the telecom, broadcast and IT industries. Before joining Nevion in 2010 as executive vice president of sales, he spent six years as managing director/country manager at CA Norway AS (Computer Associates). Prior to this, he was a manager at Accenture’s Media & Entertainment practice in Norway, following six years at Telenor in various business development roles. Geir has an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Engineering from the University of Kent.

Jørgen Mørkved joined Nevion as CFO in August 2017. Jørgen has broad management experience from various industries and has, for the last 15 years, served as CFO in Clean Marine AS, Verdane Capital Advisors AS, McKinsey & Company Norway and McCann Worldgroup Norway. He also has several years of audit experience from Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from BI Norwegian Business School and a MSc in Accounting and Auditing (State Authorized Public Accountant) from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Johnny Dolvik, one of the digital TV industry’s true pioneers, brings more than 20 years of experience from the broadcast equipment industry to Nevion. Johnny, CEO and co-founder of T-VIPS was instrumental in growing the company to a market leader in video transport over IP and digital terrestrial networks. Prior to his tenure at T-VIPS, he held several management positions at TANDBERG Television, including segment director broadband and head of development. Johnny holds a Siv.Ing degree from Norwegian NTH, the Norwegian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from NHH, the Norwegian School of Economics.
Petter Kvaal Djupvik

Petter Kvaal Djupvik served as vice president for global operations at Eltek ASA before he was appointed COO of Network Electronics (now Nevion) in May 2007. Previously, he served as director of global supply at Power-One for five years. His background also includes experience at Lawson as a consultant manager, Norautron as QA- and MA-manager and as a change management consultant at Accenture. Petter holds a Master of Industrial Engineering & Management degree from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology (NTNU).

Hans Hasselbach has been at Nevion for over 13 years, working in various in a Sales Management positions. He has been instrumental in building Nevion’s business partner community and has also played a key role in growing Nevion’s business in Asia. Prior to joining Nevion, Hans held sales management positions at Scientific Atlanta (now part of Cisco) and Alphatron Broadcast Electronics. Hans has over 30 years of business development and sales in the industry. He holds a Dutch National Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the Royal PBNA institution.
Andy Rayner is a highly experienced UK-based broadcast & telecoms technologist. He spent 22 years heading up the broadcast technology sector at British Telecom, which included architecting the world’s first MPLS-TE Global Media Network and innovating IP broadcast technology solutions. He joined Nevion in 2010 and has since been driving the companies technology roadmap & engineering architecture, speaking at many broadcast conferences and engaging with the evolution of global broadcast standards. He holds many patents from his work both at Nevion & BT. Andy is also currently a director of the Video Services Forum and a manager of SMPTE. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the university of Sheffield. During his time with BT he was awarded the prestigious Martlesham Gold Medal for technical innovation.
Nevion is a growing and profitable company. It is privately owned, with the main shareholders being Herkules Private Equity Fund II.
Mr Thuresson has more than 30 years of experience in international high-tech businesses, holding a number of high profile positions in technology and broadcast companies. For 12 years Mr Thuresson worked for the videoconferencing company Tandberg, including 5 years as CEO. Since 2002, he has served as private investor and chairman/board member at several technology companies. Mr Thuresson holds an MSc in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Gert W. Munthe
Mr. Munthe has over 20 years of senior executive and CEO experience. He served as CEO of Alpharma, Inc., a NYSE-listed pharmaceutical company between 1998 and 2000 and as CEO of NetCom ASA, a leading Norwegian GSM operator from 1993 to 1998. Munthe brought Netcom to profitability four years after commercial launch. This was among the shortest time to profitability among the European GSM-operators. When Munthe left the company it was Norway’s 9th largest company in terms of market capitalisation. Prior to Netcom he was Executive Vice President of Hafslund Nycomed, a Norwegian pharmaceuticals and energy group and later CEO of Nycomed Imaging, the pharmaceuticals company from 1988 to 1993. From 1983 to 1987 he worked at McKinsey & Company both in Scandinavia and New York. Mr. Munthe holds a degree in economics and statistics (ex. oecon) from the University of Oslo, and an MBA and an MIA (Master of International Affairs) from Columbia University in New York.
Rune I Fløgstad
Mr. Fløgstad is the CEO of Selvaag Invest. Prior to being appointed to the role in 2008, he held various senior executive positions in the company between 2001 and 2008. Previously, Mr. Fløgstad was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Scana Industries and the CFO for the Kverneland Group. He also worked in different positions within Schlumberger. Mr. Fløgstad has served as a board member for several companies, including Voss of Norway ASA, Forlaget Press AS, Seagarden ASA and Scala Inc. Mr. Fløgstad holds a degree in economics (Siviløkonom) from the University of Stavanger and an MBA from the Babson College – Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Hans Ellingsve is educated at NTNU and IMD in Lausanne. Ellingsve was previously the partner in PWC Oslo for 12 years, focusing on consulting in business development, strategy and acquisition transactions. Ellingsve has also worked 10 years as a consultant in Arthur D. Little and PA Consulting Group in Oslo and has also worked in Norsk Hydro and Conoco. His latest position was Senior Vice President of Rystad Energy.
Mr. Martin Burkhalter, has an impressive track record of producing results throughout his long professional career. He brings to Nevion a proven track record in leading large and complex organizations. Born in 1952, he joined Vizrt in April 2006 as Chief Commercial Officer, before he became Chief Operating Officer in June 2009 and CEO in May 2010. Before joining Vizrt, Mr. Burkhalter held positions as CEO at Intersport International and President for Reebok EMEA. He was also Senior Vice President and Sports Director of the Lillehammer Olympic Organization Committee (1994).
Mr. Heinzer has more than 20 years of experience in international broadcast and telecom business. He co-founded Nevion (former Network Electronics) in 1996. Prior to Nevion he served in various managing positions at broadcast system integration and equipment manufacturing companies in Germany and Norway. Since Nevion’s inception he has been a driving force in growing the company from a small broadcast equipment start-up to a global leader in the area of media transport and service management solutions. Mr. Heinzer has been instrumental in the company’s M&A activities and currently serves Nevion as Manager for Strategic Projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Data communication from the University of Hamburg.
