Nevion re-certified as a Great Place to Work for the sixth year running

Oslo, Norway, January 20, 2026 – Nevion, a Sony Group Company, is pleased to announce that it has been independently certified by the Great Place to Work® scheme, achieving an overall score of 96%. This marks the sixth consecutive year that the company has received this prestigious certification.

Since 1998, Great Place to Work has been behind the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for® list. It uses a unique methodology to collect and evaluate employee feedback and recognize the companies that have a trusting and high-performing workplace culture.

To be awarded this certification, Nevion employees were surveyed on their working experience at Nevion across five key areas: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. The survey measured the extent to which employees trust management, take pride in their work, and enjoy collaborating with their colleagues.

Nevion has been certified in three countries where the majority of its employees are located: Norway, Poland and the UK, but certification was achieved by polling staff worldwide.
