Catalonian news broadcaster 3/24 transitions to IP
CCMA group and Sony, in collaboration with system integrator Unitecnic, have equipped news channel 3/24 with the technology for an IP transition. 3/24 uses Nevion’s VideoIPath from Sony’s Networked Live ecosystem to manage connections, along with Sony’s HDCE-TX30 IP CCU for integrating existing cameras into the IP network. Nevion’s solutions enable the seamless coexistence of SDI and IP formats, providing cost savings and efficiency. This partnership has been crucial for 3/24’s successful transition to full IP broadcasting.
